The inspiration for this class is all the fusion meals I’ve created with leftover ingredients in the fridge. Some of them turned out really well, so I’ve fine-tuned a few techniques to offer you a brand new vegan Modern Asian cooking class!
- Penne with Green Curry Pesto, roast peppers and asparagus
- Crispy Teriyaki Tofu with Crunchy beans and Quinoa Pilaf
- Kale and Cabbage Slaw with Mandarin and Spicy Citrus Vinaigrette, toasted peanuts
