New class in the New Year! The inspiration for this class is all the fusion meals I’ve created with leftover ingredients in the fridge. Some of them turned out really well, so I’ve fine-tuned a few techniques to offer you a brand new vegan Modern Asian cooking class!
- Penne with Green Curry Pesto, roast peppers and asparagus
- Broccoli and Quinoa Pilaf with Crispy Spiced Tempe and Cashewnuts
- Kale and Cabbage Slaw with Mandarins and Spicy Citrus Vinaigrette, toasted peanuts
