Need help planning your meals? We have meal plans to help you stay on-track and eat right. All meal plans are individually tailored especially for you, taking into account your specific goals and needs, the ingredients you enjoy, as well as how much time you have to cook. Plans start from one week onwards – for as long as you like, and prices start as low as $50 per week!
Alternatively, why not send your helpers to one of our courses to equip them with the skills and techniques to whip up healthy and delicious meals? Courses include tips on plating, presentation and serving to impress that special dinner guest! We can also work with your helper on a one-on-one basis if you prefer.
