Join this cooking class where you’ll learn to whip up mouth-watering dishes that go from chopping board to plate in 30 minutes or less. Enjoy the satisfaction of a home-cooked meal without spending hours in the kitchen with dishes that taste divine!

Menu:
  1. Garden vegetable paella
    – an easier version of a classic paella using easily available ingredients and clever techniques
  2. Curried couscous with marinated aubergine and tomato stew
    –
    cooking with couscous is a great way to save time! Couscous is well-seasoned and served with deliciously-roasted aubergine and a spicy slow-cooked stew. A beautiful dish.
  3. Spicy Tempeh quesadilla with creamy mint sauce
    – 
    An absolute favourite! Spicy tempeh gives it incredible taste and texture and pairs well with a creamy plant-based sauce.All classes are fully hands-on, with the option to stay and eat or take away a tasting portion for each dish. Please bring your own containers.

Little Green Kitchen (LGK) is a cooking studio and food consultancy - the brainchild of former lawyer Shalu Asnani to prove that vegetarian food is not boring! LGK offers creative cooking classes and tantalizing menus through their food consulting, private chef and catering services.

The self-confessed foodie’s foray into the world of professional cooking was first born in Beijing at renowned cooking school, The Hutong, where through serendipity she found herself at the helm of their various vegetarian cooking classes.
