– Silky, smooth hummus topped with some crispy roasted eggplant served with a healthy lentil flatbread made from scratch - Shakshuka with vegan scrambled eggs
– Rich and spicy tomato stew topped with a vegan version of eggs. The perfect brunch meal!All classes are fully hands-on, with the option to stay and eat or take away a tasting portion for each dish. Please bring your own containers to take away.
