Join me on a culinary journey to the Middle East where you will learn to cook exotic and vibrant dishes with rich flavours and abundant spices. This class covers techniques, the use of different ingredients to create diverse flavours and nutritional information.
Menu:
- Harira Soup
– This is a weekly staple at home! Enjoy this hearty Moroccan-style and high-protein tomato, chickpea and lentil soup - Hummus with vegan minced meat
– Silky, smooth hummus topped with marinated crispy minced ”meat” - Shakshuka with vegan feta
– Rich and spicy tomato stew topped with a vegan version of feta cheese (which you will learn to make). The perfect brunch meal!All classes are fully hands-on, with the option to stay and eat or take away a tasting portion for each dish. Please bring your own containers to take away.
