Learn some classic Indian dishes just in time for Diwali! We will explain the use of ingredients, spices and techniques so you can master the skills of cooking an authentic Indian meal from scratch and celebrate the Festival of Lights with family and friends!
Menu:
- Keralan eggplant coconut curry
- Vegetable No-butter Masala
- Aloo-matar tikis (potato croquettes) with coriander-mint chutney
All classes are fully hands-on, with the option to stay and eat or take away a tasting portion for each dish. Please bring your own containers to take away.
