Join me in the kitchen for a fun, feel-good baking session—no dairy, no eggs, no fuss! You’ll learn how to whip up beautifully moist cakes, chewy cookies and more using natural, wholesome plant-based ingredients. It’s all about easy, everyday recipes that taste amazing and make you feel great too!

Menu:

  1. Double chocolate banana loaf with dark chocolate ganache
    – this can be a super yummy everyday loaf or upgraded to a decadent celebration cake!
  2. Orange olive oil saffron muffins
    – incredibly fragrant, moist and spongy muffins that are perfect with a cuppa
  3. Best Peanut butter chocolate chip sea salt cookies
    – perfectly stackable, simple and satisfying cookies

What you’ll learn:
• How to substitute egg and dairy in baked goods with easily available everyday ingredients
• How to make moist and fluffy cakes without eggs
• How to make healthier bakes with high-protein options

Little Green Kitchen (LGK) is a cooking studio and food consultancy - the brainchild of former lawyer Shalu Asnani to prove that vegetarian food is not boring! LGK offers creative cooking classes and tantalizing menus through their food consulting, private chef and catering services.

The self-confessed foodie’s foray into the world of professional cooking was first born in Beijing at renowned cooking school, The Hutong, where through serendipity she found herself at the helm of their various vegetarian cooking classes.
