Make some positive changes to your cooking and embrace a healthier lifestyle by joining our brand new Blue Zones Cooking Class! Inspired by the documentary, I’ve created this nutrient-rich menu from scratch after studying the health benefits of ingredients that promote longevity and well-being. And I cannot wait to share it with you!
Menu:
- Chickpea, sweet potato and spinach stew
– this stew is the perfect all-in-one meal! It is loaded with veggies and protein and generously spiced for added flavour. - Superfood wholegrain & green salad, ginger-lemon vinaigrette
– this is a power-packed nutritionally dense salad with wholegrains, nuts, seeds and veggies with a fresh and tangy dressing - Crispy miso-glazed tofu steaks with sesame brown rice and market greens
– I love elevating tofu into a steak! This dish is all about beautifully-marinated seared tofu served with fragrant rice and local veggies. A perfectly balanced plate!
All classes are fully hands-on, with the option to stay and eat or take away a tasting portion for each dish. Please bring your own containers to take away.
