Inspired by the documentary, I’ve created this nutrient-rich menu from scratch after learning the health benefits of key ingredients that promote longevity and well-being. And I cannot wait to share it with you!
Menu:
- Chickpea, sweet potato and spinach stew with lentil flatbread
- Superfood wholegrain & green salad, ginger-lemon vinaigrette
- Crispy miso-glazed tofu steaks with sesame brown rice and market greens
All classes are fully hands-on, with the option to stay and eat or take away a tasting portion for each dish. Please bring your own containers to take away.
