The most popular menu I teach – this class gets filled quick! Everyone loves Thai food for a reason. Thai cooking is all about fresh flavours with aromatic ingredients, a good level of spice and balancing fundamental taste senses: sour, sweet, salty, and spicy. You will learn how to make an authentic vegan meal from scratch with focus on techniques, balancing flavours and correct preparation of ingredients. Basic knowledge of cooking is recommended for this class.
Menu:
- Mushroom Tom Yum soup
– classic tom yum soup with mushrooms, including making a fragrant broth - Vegetable Green Curry
– you will make the paste from scratch with lots of authentic herbs and spices. Once you make your own curry, you will not be able to use a store-bought paste 🙂 - Vegetarian Pad Thai with crispy tofu
– learn how to cook a classic pad thai, including making the sauce from scratchAll classes are fully hands-on, with the option to stay and eat or take away a tasting portion for each dish. Please bring your own containers to take away.
