I love this class! Salads are a great meal to have in this tropical climate but they also need to be filling and tasty, not an afterthought or a side dish. Spice up your meal with a hearty Asian-inspired salad that’s full of protein and peppered with lots of fresh herbs and local spices. You will want to eat each of these as a meal on its own!

– Spiced roast carrots with a homemade spice blend paired with crunchy chickpeas, fresh greens and almonds - Superfood gado-gado with raw peanut sauce
– my take on the traditional gado-gado with superfood ingredients and a light and creamy raw peanut sauceAll classes are fully hands-on, with the option to stay and eat or take away a tasting portion for each dish. Please bring your own containers to take away.
