Get ready to spread holiday cheer with delicious, plant-based dishes! Whether you’re a seasoned chef or a curious beginner, our vegan Christmas menu is perfect for everyone looking to celebrate the season with some nutritious and delicious plant-based recipes!

Menu:
  • Grilled festive figs and orange salad with vegan feta, caramelised walnuts
    – this is a lovely warm salad that looks like part of the festive decor! Added bonus: you will learn how to make a vegan ricotta from scratch!
  • Roast pumpkin and sage pie with cashew cream
    – Savoury roast pumpkin pie with a creamy topping that makes a beautiful centerpiece
  • Vegan mushroom & thyme sausage rolls
    – Deliciously umami vegan pastries that make the perfect canapesAll classes are fully hands-on, with the option to stay and eat or take away a tasting portion for each dish. Please bring your own containers to take away.

Little Green Kitchen (LGK) is a cooking studio and food consultancy - the brainchild of former lawyer Shalu Asnani to prove that vegetarian food is not boring! LGK offers creative cooking classes and tantalizing menus through their food consulting, private chef and catering services.

The self-confessed foodie’s foray into the world of professional cooking was first born in Beijing at renowned cooking school, The Hutong, where through serendipity she found herself at the helm of their various vegetarian cooking classes.
