– this is a lovely warm salad that looks like part of the festive decor! Added bonus: you will learn how to make a vegan ricotta from scratch! - Roasted leek, pumpkin and sage pie
– Savoury roast pumpkin pie that makes a beautiful centerpiece - Vegan mushroom & thyme sausage rolls
– Deliciously umami vegan pastries that make the perfect canapes.All classes are fully hands-on, with the option to stay and eat or take away a tasting portion for each dish. Please bring your own containers to take away.What you’ll learn:
