This class is for YOU whether you are gluten-intolerant or simply wanting to learn how to cook with healthier, high-protein grains. Gluten-free is not always healthy but in this class, we will show you how to do it the right way with healthy unprocessed ingredients.

- Savoury Chickpea Pancake with Avocado salsa
– this is a favourite of mine! Uncomplicated yet incredibly delicious, think about a fluffy frittata topped with any of your favourite condiments! - Curried Cauliflower Rice Pilaf
– spicy, grain-free pilaf that will tickle your tastebuds and leave you highly satisfied! - Quinoa Tabbouleh with Kale and Pomegranate
– this is a substantial and tasty salad that will perfectly slot into any of meals or served as a meal in itself.All classes are fully hands-on, with the option to stay and eat or take away a tasting portion for each dish. Please bring your own containers to take away.
