You don’t often get Italian dishes as the cuisine is heavily based on dairy and eggs. In this class, we will cook some classic favourites using clever plant-based substitutes that offer the same tastes and textures. Enjoy delicious Italian cuisine that is 100% plant-based. Buon appetito!
Menu:
- Creamy saffron pasta with grilled asparagus and peas
– a delicately fragrant and creamy saffron sauce balanced with chargrilled veggies - Pan-fried Gnocchi with crispy basil
– handmade fluffy gnocchi served with a simple flavoured olive oil, the traditional way - Dark chocolate mousse with berry compote
– a decadent and indulgent chocolate dessert with a low-sugar homemade compote
All classes are fully hands-on, with the option to stay and eat or take away a tasting portion for each dish. Please bring your own containers to take away.
