In this hands-on cooking class, we’ll take you on a delicious journey through Italy. Learn how to make homemade gnocchi, whip up a rich and indulgent dairy-free pasta, and master the art of vegan chocolate mousse — all using wholesome, plant-based ingredients. Whether you’re a seasoned cook or a curious beginner, this class will give you the skills to recreate classic Italian dishes with a modern, health-conscious twist. Buon appetito!
Menu:
- Creamy saffron pasta with grilled asparagus and peas
– a delicately fragrant and creamy saffron sauce balanced with chargrilled veggies - Pan-fried Gnocchi with crispy basil
– handmade fluffy gnocchi served with a simple flavoured olive oil, the traditional way - Dark chocolate mousse with berry compote
– a decadent and indulgent chocolate dessert with a low-sugar homemade compote
All classes are fully hands-on, with the option to stay and eat or take away a tasting portion for each dish. Please bring your own containers to take away.
