This is a school holiday special event. Wholesome, colourful and totally delicious — this class is all about giving kids a taste of real food made from scratch. My sous chef and son Nikhil will be assisting me and together we will guide your kiddos through step-by step instruction to make a delicious plant-based 3-course meal! Perfect for budding chefs aged 7 to 12 who love hands-on cooking.
Menu:
- Potato and chickpea sliders with homemade mayo
– mini burgers that are crispy, hearty and full of flavour with a creamy plant-based mayo on the side. - Pink Pasta
– pasta tossed in a creamy vegan tomato sauce with juicy cherry tomatoes and fresh basil. - Banoffi Chocolate Mousse
– a silky, rich dessert topped with a crunchy almond topping
