This menu is great for entertaining or even a fun weeknight dinner! DIY tacos, lots of different condiments and fresh ingredients. Simple dishes with bold flavours – this is one menu you will make over and over again!
Menu:
- Vegan “cheesy” mushroom and sweetcorn quesadillas
– learn how to make a simple vegan cheese and layer ingredients for a crispy quesadilla paired with a roasted tomato salsa. Delish! - Marinated Cauliflower tacos
– Crispy roasted cauliflower tacos with balsamic-caramelised onions and spicy chimichurri sauce as accompaniments - Best vegan burrito bowl
– Who doesn’t love a bowl? This comes with cilantro-lime rice, spicy black beans, pico de gallo and more! A complete meal in itself!All classes are fully hands-on, with the option to stay and eat or take away a tasting portion for each dish. Please bring your own containers for take away.
