Part 2 of our Thai cooking course because we just can’t get enough of Thai food! These dishes are all about fresh flavours with aromatic ingredients and a good level of spice. Great emphasis is placed on variety and balance of taste.
Menu:
- Tofu Kra Pao
– spicy tofu basil stir-fry, this dish is a fantastic blend of spicy, sweet and umami! - Phaneang Red Curry Vegetables (curry paste from scratch)
– a spicy and nutty rich red curry that you won’t be able to get enough of! - Pomelo Salad with coconut-tamarind dressing
– fresh and fruity pomelo salad with a rich bold dressing topped with crunchy peanuts
All classes are fully hands-on, with the option to stay and eat or take away a tasting portion for each dish. Please bring your own containers to take away.
