This session is all about the art of cooking with whole food plant proteins – tofu, tempeh and lentils, all which are incredibly important and versatile ingredients in vegan cooking. Transform these simple and easily accessible ingredients into delicious high-protein meals bursting with flavour.
Menu:
- Tamarind Tofu steaks with Coconut-chilli drizzle
– marinated beautifully so its bursting with flavour and finished with an addictive spicy sauce. - Marinated Tempeh satay in homemade peanut sauce
– Charred and well-seasoned tempeh satay with a lighter version of the classic peanut sauce. - Minced lentil protein tacos with chimmichurri
– we are using Herbyvore’s innovative pea protein block to create the most delicious vegan minced meat tacos. Accompanied by a spicy chimmichurri for the complete mouthwatering experience!All classes are fully hands-on, with the option to stay and eat or take away a tasting portion for each dish. Please bring your own containers to take away plus 3 small jars for the sauces.
