– quintessential local dish with pandan-coconut rice, curried tempeh & beans, homemade sambal and condiments! - Singapore-style Coconut curry with vegetables (paste from scratch)
– it doesn’t get more Singaporean than this! A vegan version of our favourite local chicken curry! - Vegan Char Kway Teow
– stir-fried rice noodles with crispy tofu, fresh veggies and a special sauce! A fabulous one-wok dish!All classes are fully hands-on, with the option to stay and eat or take away a tasting portion for each dish. Please bring your own containers to take away
