1. Eggplant moju 
   – a unique dish of crispy eggplant glazed with an addictive sweet, spicy and tangy sauce
2. Okra in coconut curry
   – fragrant and lightly-spiced coconut curry with sauteed okra. Definitely a crowd favourite
3. Tempered black pepper mushroom curry
   – medley of mixed seared mushrooms cooked in a spicy coconut sauce
4. Coconut sambol
   – much needed fresh coconut dip to complete the meal and soothe your palateAll classes are fully hands-on, with the option to stay and eat or take away a tasting portion for each dish. Please bring your own containers to take away.
