Entertain in style this festive season by learning some beautiful and delicious plant-based tapas dishes. Mouth-watering but simple to prepare, these hors d’oeuvres will surely impress your guests and make your pre-dinner drinks so much more fun!
Menu:
- Lemongrass-marinated tofu satay with homemade peanut sauce
– fragrant and slightly spicy satay complemented with a creamy peanut sauce - Sweet potato, spinach and sundried tomato croquettes with spicy romesco
– crispy croquettes with a perfect combination of savoury ingredients - Smoky mushroom and vegan feta sausage rolls
– Flaky and flavourful bite-sized pastries with mixed mushrooms and a creamy vegan feta!
All classes are fully hands-on, with the option to stay and eat or take away a tasting portion for each dish. Please bring your own containers to take away.
