This class is all about the art of cooking with Asia’s favourite natural plant proteins – tofu and tempeh which are also two of the most versatile ingredients in vegan cooking. Transform your simple tofu and tempeh into delicious high-protein meals bursting with flavour.
Menu:
- Tamarind Tofu and Tempeh steaks with Coconut-chilli drizzle
– marinated beautifully so its bursting with flavour and finished with an addictive spicy sauce. This recipe allows you to alternate between the two. - Marinated Tempeh satay in homemade peanut sauce
– Charred and seasoned tempeh satay with a light, version of the classic peanut sauce - Tofu & herb croquettes with romesco sauce
– the most versatile dish as it be served as canapes, appetisers or a high-protein mainAll classes are fully hands-on, with the option to stay and eat or take away a tasting portion for each dish. Please bring your own containers to take away.
