Shalu is a very good teacher whose explanation is clear and comprehensive. I appreciate her patience in answering the many quetsions we had, some very inane! The lesson is very well-organised and timed, with everyone having time to be sufficiently involved. Something I take away which is probably quite unique to Shalu’s classes is the healthy, wholesome meals made out of just vegetables. For a meat-eater, this is something I didn’t imagine I would enjoy…but I did!
