I love this class! Salads are a great meal to have in this tropical climate but they also need to be filling and tasty, not an afterthought or a side dish. Spice up your meal with a hearty Asian-inspired salad that’s full of protein and peppered with lots of fresh herbs and local spices. You will want to eat each of these as a meal on its own!

- Rainbow salad with spicy glazed tempeh and cilantro-lime vinaigrette
– Eat the colours of the rainbow in this dish! With crunchy veggies and crispy marinated tempeh - Masala-roasted carrots, crunchy chickpea and spinach salad
– Spiced roast carrots with a homemade spice blend paired with crunchy chickpeas, fresh greens and almonds - Superfood gado-gado with raw peanut sauce
– my take on the traditional gado-gado with superfood ingredients and a light and creamy raw peanut sauce
