Mexican cuisine is characterised by bold flavours and diverse ingredients. Learn how to cook some classic dishes with a delicious plant-based twist. Simple dishes but so fresh and full of flavour – this is one menu you will make over and over again!
Menu:
- Vegan “cheesy” mushroom and sweetcorn quesadillas
– learn how to make a simple cheese, layer ingredients for a crispy quesadilla and cook a roasted tomato salsa to go with it - Marinated Cauliflower tacos
– Crispy roasted cauliflower tacos with some balsamic-caramelised onions and spicy chimichurri sauce as accompaniments - Best vegan burrito bowl
– Who doesn’t love a bowl? This comes with cilantro-lime rice, spicy black beans, pico de gallo and more! A complete meal in itself!All classes are fully hands-on, with the option to stay and eat or take away a tasting portion for each dish. Please bring your own containers.
